Katherine Jenkins OBE

In 2020, Welsh Superstar Mezzo Soprano Katherine Jenkins OBE officially became the world’s most successful Classical singer after she was crowned ’The Biggest Selling Classical Artist of the Century’ by Classic FM. She further cemented her title by gaining her 14th Number 1 Album - smashing the record books since signing to Universal Classics at the tender age of 22. Within months of graduating from the Royal Academy of Music, Katherine signed the 'biggest recording deal in UK classical music history' and released her debut album 'Premiere', which became her first classical number one album. Jenkins has earned her ‘National Treasure’ status not only through her dedication to her music but because of her massive charitable efforts.

Aled Jones MBE

Described by the late Terry Wogan as ‘the grannies favourite!’ Aled has been a household name for almost 40 years. Settle in to splendid surroundings as Aled regales stories from a remarkable career, interlaced with musical renditions from classical to musical theatre, pop and middle of the road. Learn of his success of becoming the first crossover singer to sell a million copies, his experiences of working with Andrew Lloyd Webber, Strictly Come Dancing gossip and tales of his travels; from being mobbed by teenagers in Japan, singing in the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, the Vatican and selling out the Sydney Opera House.

Collabro

Collabro formed in 2014 and, having rehearsed for a week above a pub in London Bridge, they decided to enter series 8 of Britain’s Got Talent, winning the competition in June that year with one of the highest majorities ever seen on the show. Immediately after, they signed to Syco Records and released their debut album “Stars” which immediately claimed the number 1 spot in the UK Charts and became the fastest selling debut album that year.

Since then, Collabro have released 6 top 20 albums, amassing over 1 million record sales in the UK alone. They have embarked upon 5 headline tours, playing venues like the London Palladium and the Royal Albert Hall to hundreds of thousands of people. They have also completed tours of America, Europe, Canada and Asia, enjoying particular success in Japan where they have become a household name and performed to over 30 million people on national television twice.

Collabro, eight years into their career, remain one of the UK’s most successful bands and the world’s most prominent musical theatre vocal group.

Covid-19 Policy

Vaccinations

Guests must have received their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the beginning of the cruise and provide acceptable proof at terminal check-in. Boosters are highly recommended for those eligible at least 7 days before.

Testing

Guests must provide proof at terminal check-in of a negative viral COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) before or at embarkation.

Princess Cruises continues to operate fully-vaccinated cruises that meet the U.S. CDC requirement for sailing with 95% of guests fully vaccinated – excluding children under five years of age (who are not yet eligible for COVID-19 vaccines). These cruises are available for guests who have received their final dose of an authorized/approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the beginning of the cruise and have proof of vaccination, in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition, we are managing an exemption process that supports religious, medical and other guest considerations, and children under 5 may be booked without an exemption.

Fully-vaccinated guests must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination with the dates given at the terminal prior to boarding. Failure to provide this evidence will result in denial of boarding. If you are unlikely to be fully vaccinated at the time of departure, please refer to our Book with Confidence Policy.

Guests should always ensure they understand all requirements to travel from their home country and the destinations they plan to visit. Requirements are updated frequently and official websites and apps developed by government agencies and tourism ministries are recommended sources for protocols.

Masks

Masks on board will be recommended, but not required in the vast majority of venues. There may be select venues or certain situations in which masks are required. This will be clearly designated with signage and onboard communications.
